We recommend WhatsApp for faster responses, especially for urgent or same-day enquiries.

2) Do you have a physical store? Can I walk in?

Bloop Balloons operates as an online-based balloon and gift studio.

All self-collection is by appointment only at our Bishan (Sin Ming) studio.
For urgent, last-minute orders (non-personalised items only), please contact us to check availability.

3) Do you offer same-day or urgent balloon delivery in Singapore?

Yes. Same-day and next-day balloon delivery is available for selected designs, subject to availability and daily capacity.

Please WhatsApp or call us early to secure a delivery slot.

4) How long do helium balloons last?

Balloon float time depends on the balloon type and environment:

• 24” Bubble Balloons: ~2–7 days

• Latex Balloons (Indoor): ~6–8 hours
  (Longer when treated with Hi-Float)

• Foil Balloons: ~1–2 days

• Hot Air Balloon Designs: Can last weeks with proper care

To maximise lifespan, avoid heat, direct sunlight, car boots, and extreme temperature changes.

5) Can I customise my balloon colours and designs?

Yes. We offer fully customised balloon bouquets and colour themes.

You may:

• Mix and match colours

• Choose layered or bundled arrangements

• Request personalised text or styling

Availability of specific materials may vary.

6) Can you recreate balloon designs from other vendors?

We can create similar designs for inspiration, but we do not replicate another vendor’s work exactly.

Each personalised balloon is uniquely designed. Reference images are used for guidance only, out of respect for original creators.

7) Do you manage full event setups or fringe activities?

Yes. In addition to balloons and gifts, we also manage fringe activities such as:

• Balloon sculpting

• Face painting

• Glitter tattoos

This allows us to support coordinated, hassle-free event experiences for both private and corporate clients.

8)What delivery options are available?

Delivery options depend on the product type:

• Helium Balloons:
  $25–$35 islandwide
  Free delivery for orders above $400

• Flower Bouquets:
  $15 islandwide
  Free delivery for orders above $68 (T&Cs apply)

Self-collection (by appointment) is free.

9)Do you accept overseas payments (e.g. Malaysia)?

Yes. International customers may make payment via PayPal or credit card.
We do not accept MYR or cash payments due to currency conversion limitations.
