Refund policy

Bloop Balloons Refund Policy

1)Confirmation & Payment
All bookings are confirmed only upon payment. Once confirmed, the slot, manpower and materials are reserved for your event.

2)No Refund for Confirmed Bookings
All confirmed orders are strictly non-refundable, as materials and resources are prepared in advance.

3)Postponement Policy
• One-time postponement is allowed with at least 7 days notice
• Subject to availability
• New date must be within 3 months of original event date

4)Cancellation by Client
In the event of cancellation:
• Payments made will be forfeited
• No refunds will be provided

5)Cancellation by Bloop Balloons
If Bloop Balloons is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or replacement service will be offered.

6)Customised & Personalised Items
All customised items (printed balloons, personalised gifts, special imports) are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.
