Delivery Options & Information
At Bloop Balloons, we offer islandwide delivery across Singapore for balloons, gifts, and event items. Delivery fees and arrangements vary depending on the product type to ensure all items arrive in the best possible condition.
Helium Balloon Delivery (Singapore)
Delivery fee: $25 – $35 (islandwide)
Free delivery: For orders $400 and above
Coverage: Islandwide (excluding Tuas)
Helium balloons require specialised handling and are delivered close to the event time to maintain optimal float time and presentation. Each delivery is carefully arranged to ensure balloons arrive fully inflated and in good condition.
Flower Bouquet & Hot Air Balloon Delivery
Delivery fee: $15 islandwide
Free delivery: For orders $68 and above
(Applicable to flower bouquets and Hot Air Balloon designs only)
Free Delivery Conditions
Free delivery cannot be combined with:
Helium balloons
Inflated foil balloons
Customised bottles
Add-ons or accessories
If restricted items are detected in a free-delivery order, the applicable delivery fee will be added:
Helium balloon delivery: $25
Non-helium customised items: $15
Delivery Time Slots
We offer delivery within the following time windows:
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Important Notes:
Specific delivery times (e.g. “12:00 PM sharp”) are not guaranteed
Drivers will deliver within the selected time slot based on route optimisation
Requests such as “deliver as early as possible” are not accepted

Point of Contact for Delivery
Please appoint one main point of contact (the buyer) for all delivery communications.
The recipient may be different, but all coordination will be done with the buyer to avoid miscommunication.
Failed Delivery Policy
A delivery may be considered failed if:
Incorrect or incomplete address is provided
Contact number is invalid or uncontactable
Recipient is unavailable during the delivery window
Failed Delivery Conditions
Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes (exceptions apply for hospitals, hotels, and MBS)
Re-delivery will incur an additional $15 delivery fee
Delivery will be made based on the address entered at checkout only
Bloop Balloons will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect customer information. Each delivery fee covers one location only.
Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)
Self-collection is free and available by appointment at:
