By placing an order with Bloop Balloons, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Bloop Balloons is a Singapore-based balloon and gift studio providing customised balloon designs, event decorations, fringe activities, and gift delivery services.

All orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, or other official channels are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

• Full payment is required upfront to confirm any order.

• We accept PayNow, PayPal, bank transfer, and credit card (where applicable).

• Cash on delivery is not available.

Orders are only confirmed after payment is received.

3. Customised & Personalised Products

• Customised and personalised items (including balloon designs, text personalisation, colour themes, and bespoke arrangements) cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.

• Reference images provided by customers are used for inspiration only. Final designs may vary slightly due to materials, availability, and artistic interpretation.

• We do not replicate another vendor’s work exactly out of professional respect.

4. Delivery & Self-Collection

Delivery

• Delivery fees vary depending on product type and location.

• Delivery time slots are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to exact minutes.

• Balloons are typically delivered closer to the event time to ensure optimal condition.

Self-Collection

• Self-collection is by appointment only at:

• All self-collection orders must be placed online in advance.

5. Failed Delivery

A failed delivery may occur if:

• Incorrect or incomplete address details are provided

• Recipient is uncontactable

• No recipient is present during the delivery window

In such cases:

• A re-delivery fee may apply

• Bloop Balloons will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

6. Balloon Care & Float Time

Balloon lifespan varies depending on:

• Balloon type

• Environment

• Handling

• Temperature and humidity

Estimated float times:

• Latex balloons (indoor): 6–8 hours

• Bubble balloons: 2–7 days

• Foil balloons: 1–2 days

To maximise lifespan:

• Avoid heat, direct sunlight, and car boots

• Avoid moving balloons between extreme temperature changes

Balloon longevity is not guaranteed, and no refunds or exchanges are provided once balloons are handed over in good condition.

7. Customer-Provided Balloons

If customers request helium inflation for balloons not supplied by Bloop Balloons:

• We are not responsible for balloon quality, defects, or float time

• Inflation is performed at the customer’s risk

8. Events & Fringe Activities

For events involving fringe activities (e.g. balloon sculpting, face painting, glitter tattoos):

• Setup, timing, and requirements will be discussed prior to confirmation

• Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment

• Any additional time or last-minute changes may incur extra charges

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits and payments for customised items, event services, and same-day orders are non-refundable.

• Refunds are only considered if an order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances directly caused by Bloop Balloons.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bloop Balloons shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party couriers

• Environmental damage to balloons (heat, weather, venue conditions)

• Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the order placed.

11. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, content, and branding displayed on our website and social media channels belong to Bloop Balloons and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
