1) Helium-inflation allow balloon to float. Floating time is about 8 hours to 1 Day (Depending on weather condition/temperature and how balloons are being handled and transported)

Our Delivery Timing is by slots.

1st Slot: 9am - 1pm
2nd Slot: 1pm - 5pm
3rd Slot: 5pm - 9pm

Please select your delivery time based on the time slots above. You can get to choose your time slot upon checkout.

Please NOTE: Time slot is based on first come first serve basis only. You may not get your desired time slot if you order for next day/same day delivery. Do early in advance to get higher chance of getting your desired time slot.

*Term and Condition*

Strictly no selecting of specific time delivery , eg 12pm SHARP or send early in the morning. As we give our deliveryman all the delivery items and let him sort out the delivery route by himself. He will go to the location within the time slot. We are not able to accomodate all that request especially in the morning/peak period.

Do not state as early as possible in the time slot and expect that we can send it at 8am. Please message us for any time slot delivery/specific time delivery, there will be additional delivery charges incur.

For all orders, please only have one point of contact (The Buyer) at any point of time, this is to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstanding.

The point of contact for delivery can be different but we won't directly liaise with the person unless it is the buyer themselves.

For balloons:

To maximise the lifespan of your balloons, try to avoid extremely hot or cold conditions, and avoid moving them in and out of different temperature environments.

Please do not put it in the car boot as the extreme heat from the car will burst the balloons. Put it next to you or at the passenger seats. 

Avoid putting balloons near to light, as well as any strong electronic equipment. The static generated from some electrical appliances might be strong enough to pop these balloons.

Warning: Adult supervision is required as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard.

Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons. Do not inhale helium gas at all times, it can be a health hazard.

Should any balloon(s) not be available, we will substitute with balloon(s) / flowers of similar colour and equal value
