Delivery fee: $25 – $35 (islandwide)

Free delivery: For orders $400 and above

Helium balloons require specialised handling and are delivered close to the event time to maintain optimal float time and presentation. Each delivery is carefully arranged to ensure balloons arrive fully inflated and in good condition.

Flower Bouquet & Hot Air Balloon Delivery

Delivery fee: $15 islandwide

Free delivery: For orders $68 and above

(Applicable to flower bouquets and Hot Air Balloon designs only)

Free Delivery Conditions

Free delivery cannot be combined with:

Helium balloons

Inflated foil balloons

Customised bottles

Add-ons or accessories

If restricted items are detected in a free-delivery order, the applicable delivery fee will be added:

Helium balloon delivery: $25

Non-helium customised items: $15

Delivery Time Slots

We offer delivery within the following time windows:

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Important Notes:

Specific delivery times (e.g. “12:00 PM sharp”) are not guaranteed

Drivers will deliver within the selected time slot based on route optimisation

Requests such as “deliver as early as possible” are not accepted

Point of Contact for Delivery

Please appoint one main point of contact (the buyer) for all delivery communications.

The recipient may be different, but all coordination will be done with the buyer to avoid miscommunication.

Failed Delivery Policy

A delivery may be considered failed if:

Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

Contact number is invalid or uncontactable

Recipient is unavailable during the delivery window

Failed Delivery Conditions

Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes (exceptions apply for hospitals, hotels, and MBS)

Re-delivery will incur an additional $15 delivery fee

Delivery will be made based on the address entered at checkout only

Bloop Balloons will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect customer information. Each delivery fee covers one location only.

Balloon Care & Safety Advisory

At Bloop Balloons, every arrangement is crafted with care to ensure a beautiful and lasting display. To enjoy your balloons at their best, please follow these care guidelines.

✨ Balloon Care

• For optimal longevity, keep balloons in a stable, air-conditioned environment and avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold.
• Avoid moving balloons between drastically different temperatures, as this may affect their float time and appearance.
• Do not place balloons in car boots. Enclosed heat can cause balloons to expand and burst. We recommend seating them beside you or on passenger seats during transport.
• Keep balloons away from direct lighting and strong electronic equipment. Static from certain appliances may occasionally affect balloons.

🌸 Fresh Flower Care

• Keep flowers in a cool, air-conditioned room away from direct sunlight and heat.
• If the bouquet is in water, ensure the water level is maintained and refreshed daily where possible.
• Do not store fresh flowers in the refrigerator. Household fridges are too cold and dry, which can dehydrate petals, cause browning, and affect bloom quality. Fruits stored in fridges also release ethylene gas that can shorten flower lifespan.

• Handle flowers gently and avoid placing them near heat sources or strong drafts.

⚠️ Safety Reminder

• Adult supervision is advised at all times. Uninflated balloons may present a choking hazard.
• Keep uninflated balloons away from children and dispose of any broken balloons promptly.
• Helium is not for inhalation. Inhaling helium can be harmful to health.

In rare situations where specific materials are unavailable, Bloop Balloons reserves the right to substitute with balloons or florals of similar colour, style, and equal or higher value, while preserving the overall design aesthetic and premium experience.
